Historical Policies, Acts and Events 10. Trajan's Speech This type illustrates Trajan speaking to the people of Rome in the Circus Maximus before the opening of the triumphal games celebrating the Dacian victory.
This reverse depicts Trajan on platform with attendant speaking to a group of citizens in the Circus Maximus as denoted by the 3 obelisks in the background. A women reclines right, leaning on wheel in the foreground.
