This reverse depicts Roma seated extending hand to kneeling Dacian, Trajan stands front with spear:

These scarce legend types with the full spelling of Dacicus and datable reverse were only used in 102AD. It indicates Trajan in his 4th COS, designated to a fifth in 103AD
