  11. Roma

The personification of the city of Rome. She was worshipped as a diety by the Romans.

 


Roma is depicted as a woman in warrior's garb, often holding victory and parazonium(short sword). She is depicted sometimes standing, sometimes seated on cuirass and weapons. Other depictions can be found under the Dacian war section.
